NVIDIA is always eager to learn how folks regard our products, be it good or bad. In November 2003, NVIDIA launched the L33T Fans Contest, consisting of two categories: Best Customer Ever!, for which fans wrote an essay about their experience with our products; and Best Switch Story, for which they described their experience with a competitor's card, and how they reached their "NVIDIA epiphany."

The response was overwhelming! With over 600 entries from all over the US and Canada, selecting winners was no easy task! Grand prize winners walked away with a complete dream setup, an all expense paid trip for two (including hotel accommodations, and $300 spending cash) to NVIDIA’s GeForce™ 6800 Launch Event, and a year’s supply of PC games. Ten 2nd Prize winners walked away with a GeForce FX 5950 Ultra graphics card, and twenty 3rd prize winners received a year’s supply of PC games!
